Riechen Anwiler Fishing Co. requires a minimum deposit of 50% in order to hold your reservation. Your final payment is due prior to your trip.
We reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason. Many situations can arise, such as: Inclement weather or mechanical issues with the sno bear. If something comes up and we cannot get you out on the ice we will try to first rebook you on a different day or we will refund you your money, less a 3% processing fee.
Cancellations made by client- Failure to make full payment for your trip prior to your departure, is considered a cancellation made by you. There are NO refunds if this should occur. Cancellations made by the client at least 30 days in advance will receive a refund., Minus a 3% processing fee of the total bill. No shows will be charged the full amount of the trip. Please call us with an anticipated time to reschedule/cancel your trip.
